3. Natural & Handmade Materials
Many products in the Embers collection are made from natural or handcrafted materials such as wood, stone, rattan, ceramics, textiles and other organic materials.
Variations in colour, texture, grain, shape and dimensions are part of the individual character of these materials and are not necessarily considered defects.
Natural materials such as wood may react to changes in temperature and humidity and can expand, contract or develop small cracks over time. Knots, grain variations and tonal differences are inherent characteristics of natural wood.
Handcrafted products may also show subtle differences between individual pieces, making each item unique.
These natural variations do not affect your statutory consumer rights in the event that a product is genuinely defective or does not conform to your order.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated on the website and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
